Instead of paying expensive fund managers high fees for their services, we offer customers an easy solution to managing their own portfolio/fund.
The investor manages his own cash/VPS account through a broker such as Netfonds or Nordnet, but may use our services to optimize his portfolio. We call
this service Fondsforvalter.no as we believe the customer may provide himself the same service that other fund managers do.
We provide
- Tools for optimizing weights of assets
- Calculation of efficient frontier
- Tools for backtesting trading systems (e.g. Turtles)
- Reporting services for groups of investors
Most alternative services available focus on technical signals, whilst we provide the fund oriented asset allocation perspective as a basis.
In order to promote this portal, a separate blog: finansakrobaten.no has been established, as well as Twitter accounts (@finansakrobaten) and Facebook pages.
This service will be fully released by the end of Q3 2010. Currently it only provides some demos, whilst the blogs are fully operational.
