The purpose of this service is to give customers the tools to analyze budgets on real estate investments, and furthermore to follow up tennants that rent their properties.
The portal is called Boligforvalteren.no but is tightly coupled with another forthcoming service called Boligselgeren.no that will
offer customers help to promote and sell their own property.
In order to promote this portal, a separate blog: bolighaien.no, as well as Twitter accounts (@bolighaien) and Facebook pages.
This service will be fully released by the end of Q3 2010. Currently it only provides some demos, whilst the blogs are fully operational.
